Rufina Ajalie is the Employer Engagement Lead, working with the New Brunswick Multicultural Council. She champions the collective forward-looking vision and leadership of engaging employers in building the National Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) Network and Local Design Perspectives in New Brunswick. She is an excellent asset because of her transparent mind, practical problem-solving approach, and drive to succeed. She advocates for employee wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives. Her ability to communicate effectively enhances her ability to establish and manage external partnerships, overcome challenges, and make organizations successful. 

Over the last 18 years in human resources, she has demonstrated her expertise in implementing people-management strategies to create and enable high performance in dynamic work environments while supporting employee development, management, and retention. Having worked as a leader and change agent for not-for-profits, businesses, and public organizations, she has transformed them successfully. 

Her academic background includes an MBA specializing in professional sales and business development, a Masters in Health Education, and a Bachelor's in Health Education. 

Her passion is to create an engaging fun-filled environment that allows everyone to succeed. She loves fashion and cooking.
