Together, we can make a difference!

“You must be the change you want to see in the world.”

- Mahatma Gandhi

Valuing our Differences - Kyle Potter

'In a society rooted in judgement hate and prejudice surround our everyday life. Society will judge you for your ethnicity, beliefs, appearances and culture. Daily people are oppressed for factors that are completely out of their control. Human nature condemns us to give into these atrocious behaviors brewing from ignorance. The solution to the problems is simple yet highly overlooked. By turning ignorance into open-mindedness and hate into compassion our society would be able to reverse this vicious cycle we have created for ourselves."

We Need to Make a Change! - Cianna Logan

"I know that there has been a lot of bullying, stereotyping, discrimination and assuming in this world, and people have to understand that we need to make a change! I have dark skin and I don't want to have someone make fun of me just because of my skin tone. No one wants that. We are losing our population because of all the bullying, people lose their children because of it! And the people who don't think before they bully someone will have a permanent scar on them forever because of that person they have killed!!!"

2014 Volunteer Recognition

The students of Anglophone South School District participate in a series of workshops. Our hope is that the youth take the information and actively apply it to their everyday lives. Some students feel moved to get involved in community work that creates awareness to the importance of acceptance of others regardless of our differences. Some students share their personal opinion on how we can do better at getting the message out about why we need to examine our assumptions & stereotypes which often lead to discrimination.
We honoured Ryan Brown & Charles Eldridge for their time & talents without any compenstion. PRUDE Inc. thanks you for your contributions and know you are valued.
